Both methods have their advantages and disadvantages. Screwing the baseboards is the most effective method of fixing them to the wall, but unfortunately the screws will be visible. Gluing the plinths, on the other hand, gives a better overall finish, but there is always the risk (low) that they will come off in places over time. There is also another solution on the market: plinths which are fixed with clips (a little more expensive of course). Whichever method you choose, don't forget to fix your baseboards starting from the door frame. Regarding the glue, choose a specific wall glue more suitable for the support, do not use the glue for the floor you used to lay the tiles.
